Project Scope

Hydrogen as a fuel source is becoming increasingly important as an alternative to out of date fossil based fuels . CTM Europe in conjunction with Air Products is at the cutting edge of providing filling stations for motor vehicles using this modern technology.

GHC were commissioned to design for manufacture 3no. 500 Bar back up filling skids for the new Hydrogen filling station at Hendon . The scope entailed all the detailed design , 3D modeling , fabrication / manufacturing details and assistance with the project management to deliver the project .

All skids were built to PED Compliant standards with full NDT and pneumatic pressure testing to 962 Bar
