Project Scope

GHC were engaged as M&E and  Principal Designer for the upgrade of the chilled water infrastructure at Principality Building Society’s HQ in Cardiff . The outline

scope of works included :

• Strip and removal of existing pipe and equipment
• Installation of 2no. 400kW turbocoor chillers
• All contract lifting including road closures
• New steel sub frames for new chiilers
• Installation of new chilled water systems
• New Building Management System
• Connect all electrical systems
• Test all services
• Insulate all services
• Commission and bring on line

All the above works were carried out in a fully occupied building without any disruption to the Client
