GHC were engaged as M&E, Principal Designer and Construction Manager for the refurbishment of the 8th floor to provide “The Loft” a multi purpose break out and meeting area .

The outline scope of works included :

  • Removal of existing facilities
  • Construction of new “Loft” Area
  • New Ventilation Systems
  • New 4 Pipe Fan Coil System
  • Domestic Services
  • Above Ground Drainage
  • Building Management System
  • New Small Power System
  • Lighting Installation
  • Fire Alarm
  • Structured Cabling
  • Testing and Commissioning

All the above works were carried out in a fully occupied building without any disruption to the Client
